  3. Metal Tiles: Metal tiles and the vinyl tiles can be used in the kitchen ceiling. However, metal tiles are more preferred than vinyl as it has heat resistance property and is easy to clean. One can also put a non-stick coating on the face of metal tile which will allow one to easily eliminate the grease. The building up of the grease is the major problem in the kitchen area, especially in the commercial kitchens. The real metal tiles are also available in various patterns. They can be directly applied to the ceiling or can be used in suspended grid system.

  4. The grid system of the tiles is made in such a way that it is very easy and convenient to access the hidden wiring, plumbing, and the ducts. The suspended acoustic ceiling requires a minimum of 3 inches’ clearance.

  5. The glue – on ceilings are one of the affordable options which have low maintenance and are easy to install.
