Mechanic Repair are the techniques where the mechanic instruments are rearranged, re-modified and resolved for every type of problem. Generally, in the mechanic repair techniques, we use the hand tools or hand kits. The mechanic engineers or the technicians are trained for these jobs.
In the Mechanic Repair the main goal is to fix the problem of any mechanic instrument. Mechanic things are supposed to move. We use several types of movable mechanic instruments every day such as bicycle, alarm clock etc. If any type of problem occurs in the mechanic instrument or if it is broken, then the mechanic engineers must fix it as soon as possible. In the field of the mechanic repair there is a term available which is called MOR or maintenance, operation and repair. In all repairing fields the term MOR is very important which keeps devices, equipment, machinery, building infrastructure in perfect tune and prevents trouble from arising. Proper troubleshooting and maintenance can greatly increase the service life of any working machine.
In the Mechanic Repair, each field is checked for any different type of activity. These test the integrity of the machine and its associated parts. In the primary cases, tests of the proper functioning of the machine are most important. First when a faulty machine is taken in, the parts of the machine are all checked because problem may start from anywhere in the machine. So, it is very important to check every single part of the machine. After checking every single part of the machine then the next step is to take the measurement of the machine which is another important thing. In this time, every single part of the machine is measured for their energy input and output.
After completing all types of measurement, the next process is replacement. Replacement is another important aspect in the mechanic repair process. After completing all types of tests and measurements if any problem is noticed in the machine or in the machinery parts, then it is important to replace the parts. If any parts of the machine is not working well then it is obvious to change the machinery parts. In the repairing time if replacement is not possible the main target is adjustment and repairing. Sometime a single fault is noticed in the machine and replacement of the parts might be a bit radical action, then some adjustments are made to solve the problem and if simple adjustments are not solving the problem then the repairing is the most common pathway.
Repairing the machine is a very low cost project but the replacement might be costly. During repairing the machine, the material which is picked from the market should be chalked out first.
Maintenance of the equipment
Maintenance is generally of two types. These are Preventive maintenance and the corrective maintenance. In the case of preventive maintenance, the equipment is inspected, maintained and protected before break down or when the other problem occurs and in the case of corrective maintenance the equipment is repaired or replaced wear, after the machine had malfunction or broke down. Here another type of maintenance which is involved in this maintenance process is called architectural conservation maintenance process.
In this maintenance process, some categories which are involved, are preservation, rehabilitation, restoration or reconstruction. Preventive maintenance maintains the intent of avoiding failures, safety violation, unnecessary production costs and losses and whereas the corrective maintenance process is done after the equipment breaks down.
